PAYMENT DISCLAMER: For all reservations we require full major credit card information including CCV number and billing addres. Credit card is a primary/default form of payment; however, we also accept cash to the driver if specificly requested.

CREDIT CARDS PAYMENTS ONLY: After we receive your reservation, our reservation representative will process your reservation, authorize/charge your credit card for full trip amount including gratuity. As requested by our credit card merchant/processor, we are required to obtain the signature of the credit card holder and physicly imprint credit card at the time of service, so please have this credit card handy at the time of service.


CASH PAYMENTS ONLY: If you decide to pay cash to the driver, please mention this in Notes/Comments/Preferences during your reservation process (step 1 - bottom of the page). Also, please advise that we will still require and authorize your credit card for full trip amount including gratuity to hold your reservation and dispatch a vehicle. After your cash payment is made to the driver, we will void credit card authorization within 24 hours Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm. For all trips on Saturday & Sunday, credit card authorization will be voided the following business day.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't know what stops our group will be making the day of service. What should I put in your system during online reservation process?
If you do not know exactly yet what stops you'll be making the day of service, please put "As directed" or TBD (To Be Determined). All our charters included unlimited stops and you can tell our driver directly where to go at the time of service.

I'm going to submit a reservation on line. How much will you charge my card?
First of all, our online booking system does NOT charge your credit/debit card automatically. Our system transmits encrypted data securely to our reservation office where we process reservations and charge credit cards. Depending on date of your service we process payments the following way:
1. If the date of service is more than 30 days in advance, we process a required deposit amount. You can find a minimum deposit amount under selected packages. On average, minimum deposit amount is 30% of your reservation grand total (base rate plus gratuity).
2. If the date of service is less than 30 days in advance, we will authorize your credit/debit card in full including gratuity. "Credit Card Authorization" is a process where we check if provided credit/debit card has sufficient funds to cover your reservation grand total. Authorization is not a charge; however, it process blocks money on your account.

How can I make a reservation online?
The easiest way to reserve a selected limo package online is by clicking on a specially precoded link, eg. "Click here to book this $xxx Special >>" under the package that you want to book. When you click on this link, your vehicle and rate is precoded to give you an accurate rate at checkout (step 3 of reservation process where you provide a cc #).

Your online system is showing me a rate other than advertised on this page. What should I do?
If you click "Reserve Online 24/7" Link Our online booking system might show you our standard rate or show no rate at all. Please submit your reservation anyway. Our representative will match your rate with the above Internet special amounts. Just mention in "Notes" (bottom of reservation process screen 1 of 3) that you are booking one of the packages advertised on this page.

I might need more hours during the service. What will my rate be?
In case you need additional service, we will still honor your Internet Special rate. We grant 15 minutes grace period and charge additional time in 30 min increments. For example, if your service was scheduled to end at 7:00pm and it will end at 7:15pm, there will be no charge; however, if your service will end at 7:16pm, we will add additional 30 minutes to your reservation.
