a door number that will be located above the
exit door from your terminal. Our dispatch will
ask you which door are closest to. |

1. Collect your entire luggage.
(If you only have carry-ons, please follow the baggage
claim signs anyway to be at lower level (arrivals).
2. Go outside your Terminal and locate a door number you are
at (vestibule number we can pick you up from)
O'Hare is a an enormous airport and we need to know exactly
where at particular terminal you are at. There can be dozens
of passengers at the same time waiting for pick-up. That's why
it is IMPERATIVE to locate a door number you are at at. Door
numbers are located above all exit doors. At Ohare airport,
we will be able to pick you up at the following doors:
Terminal 1 - door #1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F (middle lane)
Terminal 2 - door #2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F (middle lane)
Terminal 3 - door #3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E (middle lane)
Terminal 5 - door #5D, 5E (first lane)
Due to City of Chicago restrictions and regulations, we CAN
NOT pick-up passengers at "G" and "H"
door at all terminals.
3. Call our dispatch at 773-230-1637.
Our dispatch will send a car from Ohare staging (parking lot
for commercial vehicles located next to Ohare) and provide you
with a description and a license plate number of your limo/sedan,
so you know which car is yours. Depending on time of day and
traffic at Ohare, we will be able to pick you up in about 3-8
minutes on average. Please advise that on Thursday and Friday
afternoon/night, pick-up time might be between 8-20 minutes
due to huge number of flights, passengers and unfortunately
delays.
Pick-up instructions
for Chicago Midway airport
First of all, it is ILLEGAL to be parked in front Chicago Midway
airport and wait for passengers, so please do NOT look for a
car parked in front of your terminal. Due to huge number of
cars at Midway every day, limos can ONLY pull over when passengers
have their luggage and are ready to be picked-up. You must do
the following to be quickly picked up at the door:
1. Collect your entire luggage. (If you only

2. Go outside to door #2 - middle lane.
3. Call our dispatch at 773-230-1637.
Our dispatch will send a car from Midway staging (parking lot
for commercial vehicles located next to Midway airport) and
provide you with a description and a license plate number of
your limo/sedan, so you know which car is yours. Depending on
time of day and traffic at Midway, we will be able to pick you
up in about 2-5 minutes on average. Please advise that on Thursday
and Friday afternoon/night, pick-up time might be between 5-15
minutes due to huge number of flights, passengers and unfortunately
delays
